green?

go green.  i'm all about it.  presidential candidates based their campaign on improving our environment and the air we breathe.

but, let me just vent about something...

on my home today, i was stopped behind a sedan at a red light. and out of no where, the lady in front of me opens up her door and dumps an empty fast food bag out onto the road and then shuts the door. the light turns green and she drives off.

W.T. F. !!!!

nothing burns me up more than hypocrisy. everyone is so gung-ho on having more energy efficient machines, cars, and homes; but, we can't take a simple responsibility by putting our own trash in the freaking trash can!? I sat at the red light totally pissed off and in shock.

and while i'm on my rant....smoking.  what do you think THAT does to our environment?  it sure as hell isn't good.

so, while we are spending billions of dollars to initiate some sort of environment protection and efficiency, how about each of us take care of how we affect the environment...you'll be surprised at how much of a difference we can make.

peace.
