blast from the past

i was flipping through some pictures on my hard drive from my old computer and i came across a couple of pictures and they brought nothing but a smile to my face. and it started to make me wonder...good Lord, how long ago was that? where were we? who is that studly fellow? :)

i guess since our wedding is getting closer and closer (38 days :)), i have started to really think back to how it all started, all of the pictures we have taken together, all of the movies we've seen, and all those nights we would sit in the caf at Southern without a care in the world just as long as we were together.  so, it looks as if i have turned into one of those girls who counts down the last two months until her wedding.  i pride myself on my laid-back nature, easy-going, fun loving attitude and that is how my entire engagement has been.  it has been nothing but wonderful. but, i'm not sure what has happened these past two months, but i think the excitement has gone to my head and i can't wait to be in the middle of my reception in my badass dress thinking to myself that i am the luckiest girl alive. 

in 38 days i'm marrying my best friend and i can't wait to spend the rest of my life laughing with my best friend.
