H-town

Sitting in my apartment, looking outside onto my balcony and admiring how gorgeous of a day it is. Since this is my month to work weekends at the hospital, I have four days off during the week. I know, it's pretty awesome. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with this weather.

It's nice to have a day off not studying; instead, i'm tying up loose ends to the wedding and trying to figure out all of the details that can make or bust a wedding. Thankfully, the bridesmaids dresses have been ordered, my dress has arrived, the tuxedos have been chosen, and a million other things I can't believe I have already done. On the other hand, there is still another million things left to do. Now, we are officially under the 5 month mark and I feel myself getting happier and happier as the day gets closer.

One of the best parts of getting married is registering at all your favorite stores. As of today, I have only registered at two, but I have two more to go and one of my best Houston friends will hopefully keep me sane and not let me get too carried away ;)

It feels like it's coming together and I really am the luckiest girl alive thanks to my God, my family, and the strong, solid man I will have standing right next to me.
