Evil Empire strikes again

In a turn of events, my beloved Yankees stepped up to the plate and signed arguably one of the greatest pitchers in the history of the game, Roger Clemens. Yes, we have been sucking it up lately and I will be the first to admit it. Granted, Clemens is going to be extremely overpaid, but since when haven't the Yankees been dramatic? And at this point, I'm frustrated and impatient and this deal has seemed to calm my nerves. Imagine that.

With a little bit more stability and credibility added to the lineup, I can stop cringing every time a Yankees score is announced or scrolls across the sports ticker...for now. As for the rest of the boys in the pinstripes, I pray to God that this is a little bit of a rejuvenation period and they stop getting hurt so much. I'm sure you've heard about the no-good for nothing Carl Pavano, who will once again miss the rest of the season due to Tommy-Johns Surgery. WTF? Talk about taking advantage of an organization for everything it's worth.

Back to the real issue, The Rocket is back in the Bronx and there's nothing more to say.
